User/Visitor access to the website of www.se-room.com offers the possibility to explore our premises, discover our establishment and communicate with us to organize in the best possible way, their visit and accommodation with us. To make a reservation to our establishment, our visitor only has to communicate with us through our online communication platform by registering his/her name, an e-mail address, the total number of guests he/she wants to make a reservation for, and the preferred dates of visit.

ACCOMMODATION

If you want to visit our Suites, there are the following options available.

  1. a) All guests can communicate with us by filling out the special request to book contact forms and inform us about the number of visitors, their preferred dates of visit and their suites/room selection. Accordingly, an associate of our company will communicate with them in order to inform them about their possibilities and the total cost of their stay.
  2. b) Through our website all visitors can access …………………………………………. which automatically allows the guest to view our availability, as well as enter their preferences and the number of guests that will accompany them. As this option is being offered on our website through third party booking system, all transactions/purchases that are completed through this option, are placed directly in the web environment of that booking system, and the guest’s data is not being disclosed or stored in our website or our establishment.

Each Suite is rented per day. As “day” is the period between 15:00pm of the first day of arrival until 11:00am of the next day with overnight. The minimum accommodation is 1 overnights.

PRICE

Upon request, we will inform the guest about their preferred Suite’s availability and rent price. Rent prices that may appear on our website, refer to the price of each suite per day and include any government taxes applicable. In addition, other services are available at an extra cost. Prices may change without any further notice. At certain date periods, reservations at our Suites may require a minimum duration of stay, duration that may affect whether our suites appear to have availability for booking. We are obligated to honor such rates for qualifying individuals or stays. It is up to the visitor to verify that he/she qualifies for the rate that he/she have booked. The guest may be required to establish that he/she qualifies either at the time of reservation or check-in. If he/she cannot establish that he/she qualifies, our company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel the reservation and/or charge the publicly available rate for his/her stay.

PAYMENT

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card, or an alternative company-approved form of payment, such as an advance deposit. Except for when making a reservation for a prepaid rate, the visitor will be charged during their stay rather than at the time of making a reservation. In some situations, our company may require a deposit, in which case the deposit requirement and amount will be disclosed at the time of making the reservation. The visitor may also be charged as disclosed in our cancellation policy.

Payment by Cash or Card at our location

We provide our visitors the possibility to pay for their visit in cash or card at our location. Upon arrival at our Suites, guests who have already made a booking can make a payment by cash or card at our cash register and then immediately proceed to their stay. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners, and American Express, as well as cash in euros. Unfortunately, personal cheques are not accepted. Billing must be settled on presentation. The whole amount of the guest’s accommodation will be charged on the day and time of their reservation. If the credit/debit card provided to us is invalid, the guest will be informed to provide us with an alternative card. On that occasion, if the guest does not provide in 48 hours us soon with a new card, then his/her reservation will be canceled.

We do not maintain, keep or store any personal information on the website www.se-room.com regarding banking transactions and information. All customer bank account details that may be requested during the payment process, are managed and processed by the bank’s service provider, in a secure encrypted bank environment. In our system, we only store the necessary information, for a limited time that is required for our client/company deal or the ultimate fulfillment of the commercial transaction. CHECK-IN FORM:

Each guest must sign a registration form on arrival – check-in. Please present your ID card, Passport, or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in. By Law, guests must present personal documents.

Arrival and Departure

Check–In Time: 15:00pm
Check–Out Time: 11:00am (In case of late check–out considering availability  Until 6PM 50% of the daily accommodation price will be charged. After 18:00pm, a full daily accommodation price will be charged).

Guests will be required to present their own valid credit/debit card upon check–in, especially if they already have prepaid via credit card their reservation.

SEROOM Suites will make every effort to honor any special request for which a guest has already informed us before their arrival.

Housekeeping is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm, including bed making, sweeping, mopping, and collection of rubbish. Any housekeeping services not mentioned above are non-complementary and incur an extra charge.

Change of bed sheets & towels every 3 days (upon request).

No extra person apart from the number of guests on a reservation can stay in a Suite. The Suites do not provide extra beds. If our guests need to add another person to their reservation subject to the number of beds in the suite, please inform our company before arrival. Our visitors may only make reservations for themselves and their invited guests or for an individual for whom they are authorized in advance to act.

In the event of a change in the number, age, or other details of guests they provide when making a reservation, they may be responsible for additional charges.

Our visitors may not make reservations for any other purpose, including without limitation for purposes of reselling rooms, reservations, or other benefits, posting, marketing, advertising, or otherwise distributing rooms, reservations, benefits, or availability (including without limitation on third-party web sites), making false, fraudulent, or speculative reservations, reserving rooms in anticipation of demand, making reservations for purposes of reselling rooms, or in an attempt to circumvent our company’s practices, policies, terms or conditions. You may not use this Site to make reservations related to any commercial activity (unless specifically permitted by the company) or any unlawful activity. Reservations made, sold, or transferred in violation of these Terms & Conditions may be canceled without advance notice in our company’s sole discretion.

Maximum Occupancy

Suite’s occupancy requirements are based on fire safety restrictions. The maximum occupancy of our Suites is For the standard and rooftop suite 2 people and for the deluxe suite 3 people (two in the double bed and one on the sofa)  Guests will be asked to rent another Suite if they exceed the maximum number of guests allowed.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations

All reservations are subject to this cancellation policy. Please review the applicable cancellation policy during the reservation process.

We offer our guests the possibility to cancel their reservations. Cancellation has to be requested in writing as soon as possible, in order for us to be able to inform our availability status. Our guests have to inform us and place an order cancellation request to our company, by immediately sending an e-mail to info@se-room.com All refundable reservations that are canceled up until 2 days before the guest’s arrival, come without charge.

If a guest cancels their refundable reservation, After the 2 days period  prior arrival  100% of the reservation amount will be charged to their registered bank account.

From the …After the 2 day period prior to arrival day till the date of arrival, in case of cancellation or case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged to their registered bank account.

All guests should be aware that it may take up to 15 days from the date of cancellation for the refund to be processed and the amount paid to be returned to their bank account.

In case the reservation is non-refundable, the whole amount of the guest’s accommodation will be charged on the day and time of their reservation.

In case a guest has made a reservation to our suites, through a travel agent or another online booking platform, he/she is advised to contact them directly in order for the above-mentioned cancelation policies to be in effect. In case their reservations, booking requests, and bookings were made on a 3rd party website or with the use of a travel agent, they may be subject to the terms and conditions provided by the 3rd party website or their travel agent, which may differ from reservations made directly or from the Suites website.

The above mentioned policies are subject to Article 8 of Law 1652/30-10-86 (Govern. Gazette F 167 A’) (H.Q.) (GNTO) Greek National Tourism Organization.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, corridors and all enclosed areas of the suites. In the event that smoking is found to have taken place in a room, SEROOM Suites will charge a cleaning fee of €25 to the users/visitors/customers account before or after check-out.

PET POLICY

Only service animals are allowed. The user/visitor/customer should inform SEROOM Suites about the time of booking that they intend to bring a guide dog to the hotel, so that we can prepare for its arrival accordingly.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN

Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians at all times during their stay at the suites.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the use of sharp objects and electrical appliances in the suite. We will be happy to remove sharp objects from the room and exclude the use of appliances to avoid accidents.

SEROOM Suites will not be responsible for accidents due to unauthorized use of appliances and kitchenware by minors.
